ABOUT ME
Jeff Domenick Jr.
I've lived through some shit. I've built through some shit too.
Husband. Father. Entrepreneur. Business consultant. Trauma-informed coach.
I've spent decades building businesses, selling, leading, solving problems, screwing things up, learning, rebuilding, and figuring shit out. I've also lived through trauma, ADHD, addiction, recovery, failure, success, and enough real life to know most things are more complicated than people make them sound.
About Me
I'm not writing or coaching from a textbook.
A lot of what I talk about comes from having lived it first.
I've had to look at the patterns childhood left behind. I've had to rebuild after addiction. I've had to learn what recovery actually looks like when life keeps moving. I've had to figure out how ADHD affects the way I work, think, start, stop, obsess, overwhelm myself, and somehow still build.
And I've spent a career in business learning another set of lessons the expensive way: sales, leadership, marketing, operations, growth, pressure, people, systems, and what happens when the thing you're building depends too much on you.
What I Talk About
The parts of life that don't stay in separate boxes.
Build it better.
Growth, sales, marketing, systems, decisions, leadership, and finding the real problem before throwing another solution at it.
Recognize the pattern.
How old experiences can keep showing up in relationships, reactions, self-worth, decisions, and everyday life.
Work with your brain.
Executive dysfunction, overwhelm, hyperfocus, unfinished shit, too many ideas, and practical structure that actually gets used.
Keep rebuilding.
Sobriety, family, marriage, fatherhood, accountability, boundaries, growth, failure, and becoming more intentional about what comes next.
The Common Thread
Different problems. Same starting point.
You can't change what you refuse to see.
That applies to a business that's stuck. It applies to a relationship pattern. It applies to the way trauma shows up. It applies to addiction, ADHD, leadership, money, family, and just about every other part of life.
I don't have all the answers. I don't pretend to.
But I believe you have to get clear about what's actually happening, own the part that's yours, and then do something with that information.
Why This Site Exists
One person. A few different lanes.
I'm not trying to force everything I do into one offer.
If you're here because your business needs help, there's a business consulting path. If you're trying to understand patterns affecting your life, there's Healing Path and private trauma-informed coaching. If you're an ADHD entrepreneur, I'm building practical resources for the way our brains actually operate. And every day, I write Today's Light about whatever real life is teaching me.
They're different lanes because they should be. The common denominator is me, my experience, and the way I approach the work.
